We only process the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form or the site's assistant:

• Name, email, company (optional) and the message you write.

The purpose is to respond to your inquiry, assess your project and, where appropriate, maintain the commercial contact you initiate. We do not use your data for profiling or third-party advertising.

3. Legal basis

The legal basis is your consent, given when submitting the form, and the application of pre-contractual measures at your request (handling your request).

4. Retention

We keep your data as long as necessary to handle your inquiry and any relationship arising from it. If no relationship arises, it is deleted when no longer needed. You can request its deletion at any time.

5. Recipients and processors

We do not share your data with third parties, except by legal obligation. To provide the service we rely on technology providers acting as data processors:

• Neon (database) — hosted in the European Union (Frankfurt).
• Vercel (website hosting).

6. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hola@samuelaguilar.dev. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

7. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data (encrypted connections, restricted panel access and storage in the EU).
